机器简介 Machine Description:
YS-12吸嘴清洗机，采用多喷头喷射清洗方式，使用流体力学将水碎化，产生极细小的水雾，以音速形成强大的动能喷到吸嘴上，在待清洗的吸嘴上方形成一个持续的能量场，粉碎吸嘴表面和内部的污垢。机器不需要任何溶剂，使用工业纯净水即可清洗。
清洗：机器全自动清洗，每次可清洗12个吸嘴，不同型号的吸嘴配备不同的治具托盘，任何型号贴片机吸嘴都可以清洗，清洗以后在用压缩空气干燥。
检测：将治具托盘拿出，放到专门的吸嘴检查装置上检查，可观察到吸嘴清洗后的真实洁净状况。
By using latest special mechanism design,YS-12 use the hydrodynamic water fragmentation，producing very fine water mist，with the speed of sound (360m /s) to form a strong momentum jet to the nozzle and form a continuous energy field on the top of nozzle，crushing the  dirt on the surface or internal of Nozzle ，during the cleaning process the cleaning liquid ( DI water) can be achieved automatic direct emissions, not need cleaning solvent at all.
Clean: 12 nozzles at one time. it can clean all types of nozzles by using different nozzle trays. Compressed air blow to make nozzles dray.
Check: Standard equipped nozzle inspector.
